**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage engaging content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) aligned with brand messaging.
- Handle paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor ROI and performance KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and improve organic search rankings through content and technical optimizations.
- Manage website content and oversee updates to landing pages and blog posts.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM to track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional creatives and plan campaign strategies.

**Cold Calling & Outreach Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential leads and maintain accurate lead databases through market research.
- Initiate cold calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services and handle basic objections.
- Work closely with the sales and presales teams to align marketing campaigns with outbound efforts.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and lead tracking mechanisms.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, SEMrush, or similar.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
