**Qualifications** - B.E. Civil Engineering
**Experience **- 5-7 years

- 1. Calculating Building Plinth Area, Construction Slab Area from Cad Drawings.
2. Quantification Of Budgetary, Job Quantity for Building, For Amenities, Services, Ground Development & Infrastructure Activities.
3. Forwarding The Budgetary Estimate to Execution Team. Entering The Estimated Job Quantities in High Rise Wbs.
4. Quantification Of Job Quantity For All Work Upto Plinth ( I.E. Earth Work, Concrete, Reinforcement, Basement Waterproofing, Backfilling Etc.)
5. Quantification Of Job Quantity For Rcc Parking Slabs, 1St Floor Slab (I.E. Habitable Floors).
6. Quantification Of Job Quantity For Sample Flat (Masonry, Plastering, Waterproofing, Flooring, Carpentry / Doors, Plumbing, Painting, Windows, Fabrication, Aluminium Works. Etc).
7. Entering The Detailed / Revised Job Quantities in High Rise Wbs.
8. Quantification Of Job Quantity For All Rcc Work (Concrete & Reinforcement Work Above 2 Nd Floor To Top Floor In Proportionate Basis.) - In Absence of Structural Drags.
9. Rechecking / Quantification Of Job Quantity For Masonry, Plastering, Waterproofing, Flooring, Carpentry / Doors, Plumbing, Painting, Windows, Fabrication, Aluminium Works. 10. Review The Estimated Cost Monthly On Highrise System.
**Other Qualification and Skills Auto-cad For QS & Estimation MS-Office**
