Civil/interior Fit Out Finishing

H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

Interpret the clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS**

1. 15 Plus years experience of commercial and residential projects.

2. Experience in modular furniture/ interior fit out work finishing.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills.

4. Manage project budgets, risk allowance & monitor/control ant changes or variations.

5. Plan manpower to meet the scope of project deliverables.

6. Coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders.

7. Provide support in negotiation with vendors and coordination with business partners throught the project life cycle.

8. Establish and prepare formal reporting.

9. Arrangement on project progress such as weekly progress reports.

10. Engage, interact and built professional relationship with the design professional, consultants, vendors, suppliers and clients.

11. Directing the installation team simultaneously to safety execute the work according to the design plan.

12. You will work closely with the manufacturing product development team and logistics team to ensure a high standard of execution & customer experience.

EXTERNAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE

1. Graduate/ equivalent qualification.

2. More than 10 years of work experience in executing corporate/residential interior fit out projects.

3. Ability to break down complex ideas and convey efficiently.

4. Strong understanding & demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles

5. Extreme attention to detail & no compromise attitude towards quality.

6. Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and suppliers.

8. Core interior industry experience in kitchen, wardrobe, storages and modular and fit out works preferred.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
