H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.
- 10 years of commercial/ residential projects.
- Experience of modular furniture/ interior fit-out work finishing.
- Fluent in English & Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Manage project budget, risk allowance & monitor/ control any changes or variations.
- Plan manpower to meet the scope of project deliverables.
- Coordinate communication & foster teamwork between all the project stakeholder.
- Provide support in negotiation with vendors and coordination with business partners throughout the project life cycle.
- Establish and prepare formal reporting.
- Arrangement on project progress such weekly progress reports.
- Engage, interact and build professional relationship with the design professional consultants vendors and clients.
- Directing the installation team simultaneously to safety execute the work according to the design plan.
- You will work closely with the manufacturers product development team and logistics team to ensure a high standard of execution & customer experience.
- Manage project budget, risk allowance and monitor/control any changes or variations.
- Plan manpower to meet the scope of project deliverables.
- Coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders.

External Skills And Expertise
- Graduate / Equivalent Qualification | 15 years of Academic education.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in executing corporate/residential interior fitout projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to break down complex ideas and convey efficiently.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles.
- Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial Zeal & Ownership.
- Core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Modular and Fit Out works preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
