**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of various dishes and components as directed by senior kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Perform basic chopping, dicing, slicing, and other preparatory tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Participate in the preparation of mise-en-place for the day's service, ensuring all ingredients are ready and available for use.
- Assist in packing orders for delivery, ensuring they meet the presentation and quality standards of The Rustic Spin
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn new techniques and follow the guidance of senior chefs.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Show flexibility and readiness to take on various tasks as needed to support the kitchen's operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in a culinary role, preferably with experience in Continental cuisine.
- **Skills**: Proficient in creating and handling dough, crafting sauces, and preparing wings and toppings.
- **Personal Traits**: A proactive learning attitude, team player, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in the development and execution of menu items, particularly focusing on dough, sauces, wings, and toppings.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety as per regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food.
- Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and premises.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
