**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality 3D animations that meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to develop compelling visual concepts and storyboards.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to model, texture, animate, and render 3D elements.
- Integrate 3D animations with live-action footage, motion graphics, and visual effects to achieve seamless compositing.
- Ensure that animations are optimized for different platforms and formats, including web, mobile, and broadcast.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Animation, Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a 3D animator and compositor in the Advertising & Media industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software, such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and cinematography.
- Expertise in compositing software such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or Blackmagic Fusion.
- Excellent artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D animation and compositing projects, with a focus on advertising and media content.
- Should have prior experience in Team handling.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
