**Introduction**:
Welcome to our 3D Animator Intern position As a vital member of our team, you'll be diving into the dynamic world of animation, honing your skills, and contributing to exciting projects. This internship offers a hands-on experience in a collaborative environment where creativity thrives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Animation Creation**: Develop high-quality 3D animations for various projects, ensuring they align with project requirements and artistic vision.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the animation team and other departments to understand project goals, feedback, and timelines.
- **Storyboard Interpretation**: Translate storyboards and scripts into captivating animated sequences.
- **Asset Integration**: Seamlessly integrate animations into the overall project, including environments, characters, and effects.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Actively participate in review sessions, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance animations.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard animation software (such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max) to create animations efficiently.
- **Learning and Development**: Continuously learn and improve animation skills through self-study and mentorship from senior animators.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for Animation**: Demonstrated passion for animation and storytelling through a portfolio or previous projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in 3D animation software, with a strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and posing.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project quality.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills, both verbal and visual, to collaborate with team members and interpret feedback.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure animations meet quality standards.
