**Job Description**:
As a 3D Animation Artist at Visual Internet Application Pvt. you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and realistic animations that bring our projects to life. you will collaborate with a team of artists, designers, and directors to execute the vision of each project. **Responsibilities**:
1. Animation Production: Collaborate with the animation team to create and deliver high-quality 3D character, creature, and object animations that match the project's creative vision.

2. Storytelling: Convey emotions, actions, and expressions effectively to enhance the narrative and storytelling elements of each animation.

3. Character Development: Bring characters to life by understanding their unique traits and translating them into realistic movements and behaviors.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other animators, artists, and designers to ensure a seamless integration of animations within the project pipeline.

6. Feedback and Iteration: Accept and incorporate constructive feedback from supervisors and directors to continuously improve the quality of animations.

7. Adaptability: Be open to learning new tools and techniques and adapt to evolving animation practices and technologies.

8. Time Management: Deliver assignments within set deadlines while maintaining the high standards of animation quality.

**Requirements**:
1. Educational Background: A degree or diploma in animation, computer graphics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D animation skills and creativity. This could include personal projects, class assignments, or professional work.

3. Software Proficiency: Experience with industry-standard 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.

6. Creativity: A creative and imaginative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
