**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce high-quality 3D animations for characters, environments, and props in alignment with the project’s artistic direction and requirements.
- Work closely with directors, designers, and other animators to understand project goals and deliver animations that meet creative and technical standards.
- Ensure that animations are seamlessly integrated with 3D models and textures, and make adjustments as needed to ensure compatibility and quality.
- Collaborate with rigging artists to ensure that characters are properly rigged and skinned, and make necessary adjustments to improve animation performance.
- Follow and contribute to the animation pipeline, including planning, creating, and reviewing animation assets to ensure consistency and quality.
- Incorporate feedback from reviews and make necessary revisions to meet project goals and expectations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools in 3D animation to continuously improve skills and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in 3D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Experience with motion capture and real-time animation tools is a plus.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and movement. Ability to convey emotion and personality through animation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
