
Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator (PC) manages and executes product launch projects in
collaboration with the Product Management and Engineering teams. The PC will also
orchestrate the efforts to roll out new releases monthly and play a critical role in tracking and
reporting the various releases of the Saviynt product portfolio.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Adhere to the designed process and collaborate with the Product Management, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure a timely product launch.
- Conduct cadence meetings across teams to create a platform for collaboration and get status updates on running product releases.
- Track report risk and mitigation plans for delayed or anticipated delays to the Product Launch team and implement feedback mechanisms.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential roadblocks to the Product Launch team, other stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Analyze ongoing engagements and make recommendations to enhance the overall process to meet PMP® prescribed standards.
- Report on the status of various ongoing release lunches weekly and monthly.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a project management office.
- Understanding the product management life cycle and prior expertise in managing projects in product launches would be an additional advantage.
- Adaptive to changes in priority, areas of focus, and unforeseen challenges.
- Ability to use PMP® prescribed practices.
- Spot opportunities to streamline the product launch process.
- Ability to develop working relationships across leaders and teams to drive desired results.
- Effective written and verbal communication to executive audience and engineering
- teams.
- Conversant with M365 suite and reports creation tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
