**Job Title: Account Executive**
**Company: Maya Pet Food & Accessories**
**Location: Nal Stop, Pune**
**Experience: 2-5 Years**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily accounting activities, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and TDS submissions.
- Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and payments as per government regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of tax-related documents, returns, and reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and compliance processes.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees, as well as managing petty cash.
- Liaise with internal departments for efficient and effective financial operations.
- Maintain records of financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Indian tax laws.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on TDS, GST, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other relevant taxation rules.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle financial discrepancies.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with ERP systems.

Pay: ₹10,381.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Language**:
