**Sales Support - Assistant Executive |**

**Location**: 61, Ground Floor, Virwani Industrial Estate, W.E. Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063
**Qualification**: Graduate
**Experience**: 1-2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Reporting To**: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
**Age Limit**: Up to 30 Years

**Job Overview**

We are hiring a **Sales Support Assistant Executive** to manage sales coordination, order processing, and customer support at our **Goregaon Head Office**. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and operations teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **sales orders**, quotations, and price lists.
- Maintain **customer databases** and inbound enquiry records.
- Handle **client calls, inquiries, and feedback** efficiently.
- Track missed orders and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for smooth order flow.
- Prepare **sales reports and presentations**.
- Assist in scheduling, data entry, and follow-ups with clients.
- Ensure **timely delivery** of products and prompt issue resolution.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **MS Office (Word & Advanced Excel)**.
- Accuracy in **data entry and reporting**.
- Excellent **communication skills** in **Hindi and English**.
- Strong **time management and coordination abilities**.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with multitasking skills.
- Established and trusted brand in the **signage & plastic sheet industry**.
