Position Overview:
Swanand Consultancy Service is looking for a highly motivated Salespersons to represent and sell our innovative products across Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a drive to appoint distributors in the region. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and establishing a strong market presence for our unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Sell Swanand Consultancy's unique products to businesses and end-users across Mumbai, showcasing their benefits and advantages.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
- Distributor Appointment & Management:
- Identify and approach potential distributors across Mumbai to widen the reach of Swanand Consultancy’s products.
- Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and set clear terms with distributors to ensure successful partnerships.
- Provide necessary training and ongoing support to distributors, ensuring product knowledge and effective sales tactics.
- Build and nurture strong distributor relationships to achieve long-term sales success.
- Market Insights & Reporting:
- Regularly track and analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other performance-related documentation.
- Offer feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and potential areas for improvement.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Provide exceptional post sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Organize promotional events, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns to boost brand recognition.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, distribution channel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- In depth understanding of the Mumbai market and its business landscape.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Goal driven and results oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Experience in managing distributors is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
