**Job Summary**:
The Finance Executive is responsible for assisting in the financial management and reporting activities of the organization. This role involves working closely with the CFO and other finance team members to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and support for strategic financial decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis to support management decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and investments.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis, to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and laws. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.
Accounts Receivable and Payable: Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Audit Support: Prepare financial data and documentation for internal and external audits. Collaborate with auditors to address any inquiries or findings.
Financial Software: Utilize financial software and tools to maintain accurate financial records and streamline financial processes.
Financial Controls: Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and minimize financial risk.
Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake special financial projects and analyses as assigned by the CFO or senior management.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus).
Proven experience in financial management and analysis, with at least [0-5] years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulations.
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
**Salary Range: 20k to 50k monthly**
