ABOUT THE JOB:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing business. You will be working across the business supporting and interacting with a talented team. This is a hands-on role where you will have overall responsibility for the ongoing day-to-day running and management of the finance operation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Handle full sets of accounts

Responsible for audit matters

Prepare and review financial statements

Handle payroll in a timely manner

Handle Employees’ and Company’s tax reporting.

Monitor cash flow

Prepare account reconciliations, verifying receipts and payment details with transaction documents

Liaise with company secretary on filing matters

Other Adhoc admin duties

Analysis and interpretation of financial and business data

Timely submission of weekly and monthly financial reports to Management

Conducting sensitivity analysis and endorsing sound financial recommendations to Management

Responsible for budgeting and forecasting

Strategic management accounting and consolidation of the company and its subsidiaries

Studying available government grants opportunities and their implementation.

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Financial systems implementation and improvements

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Ability to provide financial & commercial advice to the directors

Ability to constantly improve reporting and finance systems to increase the effectiveness of reporting

1-2 years of finance/ accounting experience

Highly effective communication skills are crucial.

Strong knowledge in statutory regulations

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast pace and multicultural startup environment

Work independently with minimum supervision

Flexible, Innovative, Teamwork, Solution-oriented and Business partnering

Focus to deliver and multitasking
