ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating an exceptional 1st-time customer experience.
- Receive inbound customer requests & evaluate information.
- Provide support to customers/clients on the phone.
- Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and resolved.
- Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets.
- Document cases, recommendations and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.
- Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.
