We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Telesales Agent** to join our team and sell **Air Conditioner Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)** to potential customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to residential and commercial customers, presenting our AMC offerings, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in helping clients maintain their air conditioning systems while earning competitive commissions based on sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and generate leads for potential customers (residential and commercial) who need air conditioner maintenance services.
- **Sales Calls**:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain the benefits of an Air Conditioner AMC, and convert leads into sales.
- **Sales Experience**:

- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- **Excellent Communication Skills: Hindi And bengali**

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- **Target-Oriented**:
Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver results.Ability to quickly learn and understand the company's AMC products and effectively communicate their benefits.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative in reaching out to new prospects.Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and basic office tools.
- **Base Salary**:

- **Commission**: 10% commission on all successful AMC sales, with potential to earn additional bonuses based on performance.
