**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for business growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in cold calling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in **Bengali and Hindi** (English will be an added advantage).
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
