**so here’s how the Roles and Responsibilities go / How will your typical day as a Wing Head look like at K8 School**:

- Attend regular meetings with the board of Directors.
- Verify attendance of teachers and students on daily basis.
- Review Lesson Plans and daily classroom sessions, Guide Teachers to Plan their schedule a month ahead, Take reporting from the teachers at the end of the day.
- As a lead academic authority you are responsible to build and manage a team of qualified educators, research verity of engaging methodologies to teach different concepts, Coach all teachers to improve their skills in sync with school’s objective and learner’s requirements.
- Conduct weekly micro teaching sessions of all teachers on Wednesdays. Train and recommend them teaching reforms, experimenting with Virtual reality technologies to practice quality teaching.
- Being the single point of contact for all stakeholders you are required to carry out problem resolution in real time. Conduct weekly meet ups with parents on Saturdays - make any and all communication happen with precision and engagement.
- Encourage and recognise students efforts.
- Suggest monthly marketing strategies and Campaigns to increase & engage audience.
- Maintain family like cooperative relationships with students, parents, and school authorities.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- While experience cannot be justified in years we still believe that lucky 10 have a charm minimum 10 Years of ground level experience in educational management, 5 years of classroom teaching experience, 2 years of online work experience.
- **Brownie points **Agency baground will give you extra edge here.

Prior experience and references from top reputed schools of Delhi will be given preference.
**Age** - 30 - 50 years
**Working Hours**: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (strictly work from office position only)
**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place (Research and development centre)
**Salary Range**: Open to be discussed over the table during the interview.
