We are looking for a passionate and experienced **PYP Coordinator** to lead and manage the effective implementation of the **IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)**. The PYP Coordinator plays a key leadership role in developing a strong PYP culture, supporting teachers, and ensuring that the programme is delivered in accordance with IB standards and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB PYP curriculum.
- Serve as the liaison between the school and the IB organization.
- Ensure curriculum documentation and planning is aligned with IB requirements.
- Support teachers with collaborative planning, instructional strategies, and professional development.
- Organize and lead regular PYP meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Guide the school community in understanding the IB philosophy and practices.
- Coordinate and support the PYP exhibition process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IB policies, resources, and programme developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- IB PYP training and certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in an IB PYP setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with curriculum planning and staff development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
