**Job Title - Associate Vice Principal**

Associate Vice Principal who is responsible for coordinating and supervising various activities and programs within a school. This can include managing student schedules; oversee the implementation of school day to days activities

Collaborating with the school administration to assess teaching needs and develop strategies for effective teacher deployment.
Recruiting, selecting and onboarding new teachers to ensure a high-quality teaching team.

Providing guidance, training, and support to teachers to enhance their performance and professional development.

Monitoring and evaluating teacher performance through observations, feedback, and data analysis.

Developing and maintaining schedules, assignments, and resources to optimize teaching efficiency and student outcomes.

Facilitating communication and collaboration among teachers, students and parents to foster a positive learning environment.

Implementing strategies to address challenges and improve teaching practices based on feedback and data.

Staying informed about online education trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the teacher coordination process.

With past years of experience in teacher coordination, you should have a strong understanding of effective teaching practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead and support a team of educators in an online learning environment. Your experience should demonstrate your success in optimizing teacher performance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and student success within the school.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
