About Vision Empower:
Vision Empower (VE) is a not-for-profit organization incubated at IIIT Bangalore engaged in research and design of programs to make Science, Mathematics and Computational Thinking education accessible for students with visual impairment. VE is currently working with government/government-aided special schools in 14 states.

Requirement: School Coordinator for Delhi

Other Skills:
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Hindi and should be able to communicate in English.

Basic ability in operating computers.

Willing to work with children and teachers with visual impairment.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement with Students and Teachers:
Interact closely with students and teachers at special schools for the blind. Understand the challenges faced by individuals with visual impairment.

2. Implementation of Vision Empower Interventions:
Implement Vision Empower interventions at 2 special schools in Mumbai. Ensure effective execution of accessible Science, Mathematics, and Computational Thinking programs.

3. Training and Capacity Building:
Travel to schools to conduct training sessions for teachers. Facilitate classes on accessible Science, Mathematics, and Computational Thinking for students.
Guide the usage of accessible and assistive technologies designed by Vision Empower and its partners.

4. Collaboration:
Collaborate with school staff to address specific educational needs of students with visual impairment. Develop positive relationships with teachers and students.

5. Technology Integration:
Train teachers and students on the usage of Vision Empower's accessible and assistive technologies. Ensure seamless integration of technology into the educational curriculum.

6. Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly monitor and report the progress and impact of Vision Empower interventions to the State Coordinator and Regional Manager. Generate reports on the effectiveness of implemented programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
