Identifying Tenders and Bidding.
- Looking after tenders - issue of tenders, submission, follow up, order receipt and delivery - major government website (e-procurement, defense portal, central government procurement, ISRO, MOES etc.)
- Understand new tenders that come through centralized portal like Tender Tiger and circulate it with all heads of department.
- Track new tenders coming out on a regular basis.
- Preparing the tender documents for submission in terms of technical and commercial taking advise from senior members.
- Follow up on the results & executing the tender after winning it till invoice follow up.
- Bid Proposals [including RFP/RFQ/RFI] and Tender submission.
- Handling the Presales activities.
- Presenting technical and commercial Proposal to customer’s requirement.
- Vendor evaluation and appraisal.
- Overall involvement in Project management.
- Customer negotiation, comparing technical and commercial comparison.
- Execution of contract, preparing Invoice to Customer and Material reconciliation.
- Billing and Payment.
- Managing procurement teams to some extent after projects have been won
- Client Relationship Management.

- BOQ
- Know-how of tender platforms like eproc, GEM.

**Education Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering [Electronic, Electrical, Marine, Mechanical]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
