- Quality and Tools Manager
- Responsibilities:

- Process and Quality consulting around ISAE 3402, ISO 9001, ITIL and Agile-based software services delivery.
- Audit and reviews to ensure compliance with processes
- Establishing and managing a measurement system to track the efficiency of operational processes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire Atlassian and Microsoft suite of products (Power BI, Sharepoint) used in Wealth Management at Tietoevry. Will also administer/ support for Grafana and TFS.
- Respond to and resolve service requests, incidents, problems and changes on the currently configured projects in a timely manner.
- Configure new projects, interfaces and reports based on requirements from business teams
- User access management in alignment with GDPR norms.
- Major incident management support
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, KB articles, best practices and user-guides, including complex runbooks, to ensure proper execution of work.
- Follow applicable agile, ITIL and Project Management practices
- Coordinating incident resolution with internal technical teams or Atlassian/ MS Support/ TFS/ Grafana Support.
- Validate hours charged by internal suppliers on “On-call” tool support.
- Create presentations and posters as required by business
- Required skills
- Master’s or five-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent discipline.
- Three years or more in quality consulting and Atlassian & Microsoft products solution administration and solution delivery - in particular JIRA, Confluence, MS SharePoint, MS Power BI, Teams, Grafana, TFS
- SharePoint & Power BI development knowledge
- Atlassian & MS certifications are preferred.
- ITIL Foundation
- Multimedia and graphics - ability to create good powerpoint and posters
- Understanding of incident, problem, change management and Scrum development process implementation using Jira
- Expertise in creating reports and dashboards using these tools
- Knowledge in creating document repositories using these product suites.
- Good knowledge of SQL DBs, scripts and JIRA DB Schemas and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance in a dynamic environment
- Eager to learn and expand the domain of knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
- Basic knowledge of GDPR and implied restrictions for outside EU countries while implementing a technical solution
