KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design:
1. Develop concepts and designs for various mediums (print, digital, social).

2. Create visually appealing graphics, logos, icons, and info graphics.

3. Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters).

4. Collaborate with copywriters on campaigns.

5. Ensure brand consistency across designs.

Digital Design:
2. Create mobile-friendly and responsive designs.

3. Develop UI/UX design concepts.

4. Design digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Print Design:
1. Design business cards, letterheads, and envelopes.

2. Create print ads (newspaper, magazine).

3. Develop packaging designs.

4. Design event materials (posters, banners).

Brand Identity:
1. Develop brand guidelines.

2. Create logos and brand marks.

4. Ensure consistent branding across materials.

Collaboration:
1. Work with art directors, copywriters, and developers.

2. Collaborate with clients on design projects.

3. Present designs to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of design experience.

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Strong understanding of design principles and color theory.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Portfolio showcasing creative designs.

**Skills**:1. Graphic design (print and digital).

2. Branding and identity design.

3. UI/UX design.

4. Visual design.

5. Typography and color theory.

**Education**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Certifications:
1. Adobe Certified Expert.

2. Graphic Design Certification.

Salary Range:
23000-27000 per month (depending on experience and location)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
