ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2. Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company Quality Assurance Systems. Lead the fabric QC/ Checker team and provide technical guidance.

3. In-depth knowledge of patterns, basic synthetic and natural fabric, dyeing, and printing techniques.

4. Work with the fabric mills, Printers, and dyeing vendors to establish the best quality system and hold them accountable to these standards.

5. Must be able to tell fabric consumption for costing requirements based on tech packs and sketches

6. Foresee fabric quality issues, and provide solutions to overcome them

7. Do quality audits for bulk fabrics and trims

8. Give real-time feedback to respective departments to minimize loss of quality and time.

9. Give accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process.

10. Color fastness - color fastness to rubbing, hand feel, etc

11. Shrinkage test - appearance, dimension stability, spatiality, etc.

12. Formulating reports on computers. Working knowledge of Google Drive (especially Excel) and database system

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in QC or as a verifier.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Adequate knowledge of garment production processes and quality control procedures.

6. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Schedule: Day shift

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: 2-3 years (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
