**Responsibilities**:

- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures, policies, and systems to ensure the production of safe and effective Ayurvedic products.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and relevant local and international guidelines.
- Raw Material Inspection: Inspect and evaluate the quality of raw materials, including herbs, botanicals, and other ingredients used in Ayurvedic formulations, to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Product Testing: Oversee the testing of finished Ayurvedic products for parameters such as identity, purity, potency, safety, and efficacy using appropriate analytical techniques and equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests, results, and reports for regulatory compliance and internal reference.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in manufacturing, packaging, and storage to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Audits: Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, including inspections by regulatory authorities, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to manufacturing and quality assurance teams on quality control procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Ayurvedic Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda: Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines governing Ayurvedic products, such as the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and rules in India or applicable regulations in other countries.
- Quality Control Experience: Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or Ayurvedic industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
