**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate **Design Recruiter** to join our team and help us find top-tier design talent. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring designers across various disciplines, including UX/UI, graphic design, motion graphics, jewelry, product, architect, interior design and more. This role requires a deep understanding of the design industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to assess creative portfolios effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand design talent needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top design talent through proactive sourcing.
- Stay updated on design industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports to track hiring performance.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years in recruitment, preferably in design or creative hiring.
- Understanding of design roles and hiring trends.
- Ability to find passive talent through networking, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong eye for design and ability to evaluate creative work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience hiring for creative agencies, startups, or design-led companies.
- Experience hosting or attending design meetups and events.
