Job Role:

- Responsible for full life cycle staffing recruitment, which includes multi-channel

sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time and negotiation with
- Dealing with client’s hiring requirements on multiple Non-IT profiles.
- Streamlined the recruitment process.
- Managed recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of

offer and final placement
- Handling recruitment from executive level to senior level positions.
- Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of CV’s using different search techniques viz.
- Job Portals (like Monster, Naukri) Head Hunting, References, Internal Data bank etc.
- Interview Scheduling, all follow-up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the

position
- Conducting Telephonic interviews & salary negotiation thereafter.
- Planning and strategizing for all the recruitments within the defined time frames
- Designed Job Descriptions & Job Specification including proper KSA(key skill area)
- Responsible for job posting on different portal like Naukri, LinkedIn, monster, shine,

times job.

**Requirements**:

- Proven recruiting experience in domestic staffing.
- Experience in industries like Healthcare, real estate or manufacturing.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based,

stress etc).
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference

check etc).
- Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric

and IQ/EQ tests etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
