**Job Title: Recruiter (NON-IT)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine recruiting strategies and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Engineering/ Utility recruitment or a related field is preferred.This includes hiring for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations & Admin roles.
- Proficiency with recruitment software, such as Recruiter Flow and Ceipal, is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and persuasive communication.
- Flexibility to work within the US Eastern Time Zone; prior experience with US-based recruiting is advantageous.
