**Job Title**: Process Associate (International Calling)
**Reports to**: Team Lead/Process Manager
**Location**: Perungudi, Chennai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle international calls from US and UK clients related to medical claims
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving client queries and concerns
- Accurately process medical claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and claims processed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices

**Work Schedule**:

- Night shift: 8:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Alternate Saturdays
- First 7-10 days: Training period (may require flexibility in schedule)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a night shift with alternate Saturdays
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in handling international calls
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts
- Certification in customer service or a related field
