**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Examine and assess patients in the emergency department, wards, and ICU.
- Provide first-line medical treatment and emergency care.
- Monitor the condition of inpatients and update treatment plans accordingly.
- **Medical Coordination**:

- Coordinate with consultants and specialists for patient management.
- Assist in procedures as required.
- Communicate with patient families regarding status and treatment.
- **Clinical Documentation**:

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records.
- Maintain medical charts, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- **Emergency Handling**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.
- Perform CPR, intubation, and other life-saving procedures as needed.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure the availability of emergency medicines and medical equipment.
- Report any unusual occurrences to the hospital administration.
- **Shift Handover**:

- Provide comprehensive shift handovers to incoming DMO.
- Ensure continuity of care and proper communication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MBBS from a recognized university
- **Registration**: Valid medical license with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience (Freshers may be considered; ICU/emergency exposure is a plus)

**Skills Required**:

- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency care standards
- Proficiency in using hospital information systems (HIS)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
