We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Medical Officer to join our medical team. The Duty Medical Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of quality care to our patients, providing immediate medical attention, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**: Provide immediate medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice, in accordance with established medical standards.

**Emergency Response**: Be available for emergency medical response, ensuring that patients receive prompt and appropriate care in critical situations.

**Ward Rounds**: Conduct regular rounds to monitor the condition of in-patients, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

**Prescription and Treatment**: Prescribe medications and treatments, and monitor their effects. Ensure that medical records are accurately maintained.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with other medical professionals, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.

**Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant medical and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Shift Handover**: Provide thorough handover reports to the incoming medical officer at the end of each shift. **Emergency Preparedness**: Participate in emergency preparedness and response protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff during critical incidents.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including patient histories, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license.
- Proven experience as a medical officer or similar role.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations.
- Dedication to upholding medical ethics and standards. Role: General Physician - OPD Clinic
