**Job Title: Duty Medical Officer (DMO)**

**Job Overview**: As a Duty Medical Officer (DMO), you will be responsible for providing medical care, emergency treatment, and clinical support to patients within our healthcare facility. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, adhering to medical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Emergency Care**: Provide immediate medical care and treatment to patients presenting in the emergency department or requiring urgent medical attention.
- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough medical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- **Medical Procedures**: Perform or assist with medical procedures and interventions as necessary, such as wound care, suturing, and basic life support measures.
- **Medication Management**: Prescribe medications and administer treatments according to established protocols and guidelines. Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust therapy as needed.
- **Patient Monitoring**: Monitor patients' progress during hospitalization or observation. Ensure timely review and documentation of patient records, including vital signs, test results, and treatment plans.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the facility. Implement emergency protocols and procedures to stabilize patients and initiate appropriate interventions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- **Patient Education**: Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare measures.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits to enhance patient safety, outcomes, and service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a physician in the jurisdiction.
- Completion of internship and residency training in a relevant specialty (e.g., emergency medicine, general practice).
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) as a medical officer or physician in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in medical procedures and emergency care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make timely decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

**Additional Information**:

- Rotating shifts and on-call duties may be required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
