**Position Overview**:
The Duty Medical Officer is responsible for providing medical care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This role involves conducting patient assessments, managing treatment protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the patient journey. The Duty Medical Officer will work closely with the fertility specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinic protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options, procedures, and lifestyle modifications.
- **Treatment Administration**:

- Oversee and manage the administration of fertility treatments, including hormone therapies, inseminations, and assisted reproductive technologies.
- Perform medical procedures such as ultrasounds, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for all treatments and procedures.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with fertility specialists, nurses, embryologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and trainees as needed.
- **Quality and Compliance**:

- Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current with advancements in fertility treatments and practices.
- **Emergency Care**:

- Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or complications that arise during patient treatment.
- Provide appropriate interventions and coordinate with emergency services if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:BHMS,BEMS
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a fertility clinic or related field is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in relevant medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
