**Role
- **Day-to-day management of all Accounts Payable invoices in a timely and efficient manner, providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization, along with processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

**Key responsibilities**
- Keeping track of all invoices and payments, purchase orders, statements, etc.
- Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining Accounts Payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Responding to all enquiries regarding payments received from the various departments
- Keeping records of unapplied advances and sending mails to different departments for adjusting the same
- Supplier Reconciliation
- Continuing to improve the payment process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- 0-1 years of experience
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Should be able to identify and resolve problems
- Team Player
- Self-driven
- Self-learner
- Hands on working experience in Oracle AP & GL modules is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹183,560.87 - ₹1,019,513.09 per year
