**Job Title**:Process Expert - Hire to Retire (P&O Shared Services Professional)

We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services. We leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers

- Responsible for end to end employee data management
- Experience in different products of employee data management
- Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA
- Participates and contributes to the successful implementation of all Carve-in and carve-out projects
- Experience in performing employee related tastings in different testing environments

**We don’t need superheroes, just super minds**:

- Knowledge of in Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage
- Experience in internal audits / Quality process
- Knowledge of handling customer escalations and CAPA
