**Job Title**: Education Counsellor (Telecaller)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students/parents and counsel them about educational programs and courses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective students.
- Understand students' needs and suggest suitable courses or academic programs.
- Guide students through the admission process and coordinate with internal teams.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume and enrollments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and helpful communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English and Malayalam** (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or the education sector is an added advantage.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
