Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our financial products and services.
  • Explain loan or finance offerings clearly and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience, preferably in fintech, NBFC, or banking.
  • Fluency in at least two languages – Tamil, Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Must have own laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven individual.
