Job Purpose

It is expected that EAI & BPM DevOps Deliveries management for APIs hosted by the platform are managed along with the Retail eSIM service line, the role primarily involves
- Reviewing of all solutions involving APIs/ BPM processes EAI & BPM in the VIL ecosystem for correctness
- Giving primary guidance to APIs/BPM processes design
- Ensuring that Development & Testing of all APIs/BPM are carried out in FTR and OTD manner
- Reviewing effort given by the vendor partners and managing the Vendor Development bucket utilization
- Manage the VIL EAI & BPM DevOps KPIs
- Manage the Retail eSIM service line from a delivery and operations standpoint

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

**Solution Authority for APIs and BPM processes**
- Solutions for all demands involving APIs and/or BPM processes to be reviewed to ensure compliance to the EAI Design patterns, principles and organizational standards like CSM etc.
- Review the efforts given by the Vendor partners and manage the Vendor Development bucket utilization from the portfolio standpoint
- Interact with stakeholders within VIL and external VIL like TRAI, Google, PayTM, Banks to ensure that all details are thrashed out during design time leading to reduction in issues during development and subsequently deployment

**Development for EAI & BPM**
- Manage the development happening due to requirements in the Integration domain where in cross system communication is needed through APIs
- Ensure that the necessary Testing support is provided by the EAI & BPM team for all the demands involving EAI & BPM APIs
- Ensure that changes due to various Demands are planned and performed properly on the respective environments like SIT, UAT and Production

**DevOps KPIs, L3 and Organizational Asset Management**
- Govern the defined DevOps KPIs like ZERO deployment failures, Technical errors below 0.5%, Change causing incidents etc.
- Actively manage L3 incidents along with the operations team
- Ensure that the necessary Organizational Assets like API Connect, IT Demand Tool and SAR portals are kept current throughout the Development Lifecycle
- Govern the EAI & eSIM SLAs - both operational and development and also the AD bucket utilizations

**eSIM Service line management**
- All retail eSIM related deliveries are expected to be managed in this role
- Operations of Websheet and Wearable engine are a direct responsibility
- Owns the Retail eSIM service line operationally to ensure that customer issues related to primary and secondary devices are resolved across the IT ecosystem with very low MTTR

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Hands on experience in at least 1 contemporary EAI and BPM suites with focus on Application Architecture is a must
- Well versed and experienced in concepts of Design Patterns, EAI and BPM suites, SOA governance, API lifecycle management
- Should have handled End to End EAI deliveries, right from Requirements to Deployment for at least 5 years
- Well versed in IT ADM methods like Agile, Waterfall & usage of DevOps tool Chain
- Experienced in Vendor Management
- Well versed with eSIM functional flows

Must have technical / professional qualifications
- B.E /B. Tech
- PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/SAFe Agilist certified is preferred
- Management Degree will be added advantage
