2. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.

4. Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.

5. Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.

6. Providing technical support when requested.

7. Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.

8. Documenting any processes which employees need to follow to successfully work within our computing system.

9. Intervene on an infrastructure to ensure its maintenance and provide support to users by respecting the procedures.

11. Configure access to IT resources to guarantee their security and availability while respecting privilege levels.

12. Structure and control authentication services to ensure secure access to resources internal and external to the company while respecting the security policy.

13. Create and organize user accounts to ensure secure access to the information system in a context of centralized or local authentication.

15. Write, using scripting languages, processes for automating and optimizing administration tasks.

16. Manage network equipment to guarantee the communication of computer systems within the company while respecting security rules.

17. Organize and monitor connections to corporate resources to allow access from remote sites and by roaming users while respecting the security policy.

18. Design the implementation of infrastructure services to guarantee the sustainability of the information system, including its availability and security.

19. Organize and maintain a high-availability virtualization infrastructure guaranteeing the operation of critical services in accordance with the requirements defined by the service contracts.

20. Develop the security of the network infrastructure to protect the information system from external and internal threats in accordance with the company's security policy.

21. Monitor active equipment at local and remote sites using probes to optimize infrastructure operation.

22. Collect, analyze, and synthesize the needs of users to write the specifications of the requested changes to the information system.

23. Choose technical solutions that comply with the state of the art and meet the specifications while respecting good IT practices and the company's security policy.

24. Lead the implementation of IT projects guaranteeing the development and operational maintenance of the information system in compliance with technical and legal constraints.

25. Design technical documentation to meet the information needs of technicians and internal or external users of the company.

**Minimum Qualification and Experience requirements**

1. Master of Computer Application (MCA) or B.E. / B. Tech specializing in IT / Computer Science/ Electronics & communication.

2. Certification:
1. Mandatory: MCP

2. Optional: MCSA/MCSE

3. 3-4 years of experience in the same profile.

1. In depth knowledge of windows and Linux operating systems.

3. Having an experience in setting and monitoring storage system.

4. Should be able to speak fluent English.
