We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to provide network and desktop support across our organization. You’ll manage hardware, systems, and networks while working with virtualization technologies such as Xenserver, Proxmox, Hyper-V, or VMWare. This role offers the chance to grow in a dynamic team and make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Install, diagnose, and upgrade PCs, printers, and scanners.

2. Manage network administration (IP config, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers).

3. Administer Linux, Windows, Ubuntu systems, and Active Directory.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.

5. Work with virtualization platforms and handle system installations and configurations.

**Required Skills**:
1. Strong expertise in hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers).

2. Knowledge of network protocols like FTP, DNS, and firewall management.

3. Experience with Windows 7, 2008/2012 servers and device drivers.

4. Familiarity with virtualization tools (Xenserver, Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMWare).

5. Flexibility to work in shifts and excellent communication skills.
