NAVIGA is the leading provider of software and services powering the global media industry. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to work with our IT team in our office in Bloomington, MN.

Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Own all administrative functions including reports, user maintenance, workflows, data feeds, integrations, and other day-to-day tasks
- Execute system audits
- Prepare for move to Lightning UI
- Work with various management personnel to establish new or improved processes to support administrative and development activities
- Maintain business relationship with Salesforce

Education, Experience, and Requirements

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent degree/experience
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- A proven ability to understand complex requirements
- Ability to design and deploy new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Creative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred:

- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- A record of successfully driving projects to completion
- Experience with Lightning UI and Salesforce development processes
