Operational Transformation

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Process Modernization team is focused on assessing people, process, data and technology to identify inefficiencies, unlock capacity and remove scale inhibitors. The team will leverage low code, big tech solutions, and predictive analytics to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve client interactions to deliver business value.

In this role you will specialize in providing data insights to improve operating models using process mining and simulation. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to study, learn and analyze business challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and design innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with collecting data related to existing processes to perform process discovery and mining
- Conduct analysis and assist with identifying opportunities for improving workflows and operational processes
- Interest in analyzing data and system interactions to identify trends and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Develop experience to simulate end-to-end processes to design ideal and future states, by eliminating non-value added steps
- Timely communicate data quality insights, progress and challenges to senior management
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute towards implementing projects are aligned to and directly support the identified process improvement opportunities

**Required Qualifications, skills and Capabilities**:

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication, writing, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with various tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Alteryx, Python, UiPath, JIRA, Tableau
- Knowledge or interest to learn process improvement methodologies and frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma or Business Process Management
