**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring taste, texture, and presentation are top-notch.
- Develop and refine recipes while maintaining consistency in flavors.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for ingredient sourcing.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Experiment with new recipes to enhance the menu and introduce seasonal specials.
- Work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment to fulfill online food orders promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** as a chef specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques used in Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean dishes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-demand kitchen setup.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
