**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Provide product/service information, resolve technical issues, and assist customers with troubleshooting.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify customer needs and concerns, and resolve complaints and issues promptly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of problems.
- **Order Processing and Support**:

- Assist with order placement, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Track and provide updates on the status of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer details and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Actively promote company products, services, and promotions to customers when appropriate.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and offerings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer service performance.
- Document issues and ensure that they are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, departments, and management to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product/service knowledge and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent;
- **Experience**: Prior customer service experience (1-2 years) preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹10,543.41 - ₹33,451.90 per month
