**HRIS**:
- Regular filing and archiving of payroll information in the HRIS database for new joiners, transfer cases, promotion cases, incentives etc.
- Collecting attendance by the first week of every month and feeding them in the master database
- Verifying and entering leave details in the database and monitoring In and Out time of employees in the Biometric system
**Payroll management**:
Preparation of salary sheet and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly payments to employees after coordinating with Accounts department; delivery of pay slips and preparing monthly compensation payment summaries done across the organization.
**Statutory compliance**:
- Maintaining statutory compliance with various projects/sites across the company by timely preparation of necessary records and payments towards all State and Central statutory obligations.
- Raising alarms on identification of any problems/challenges in terms of statutory obligations.
- Ensuring wages disbursements are as per the state regulations
**Day to day HR operations**:
- Assisting the senior managers in generating necessary payroll and manpower related expense reports on demand.
- Preparing appointment letters, salary annexures, allocating sim cards to new joinees.
- Facilitating FnF settlements, superannuation and gratuity after coordination with the concerned departments.
- Handling the additional responsibilities of Office Coordination.
**Other requirements**:
- Should have completed graduation from a good institution.
- Should have more than 5 years of experience.
- Should have the capability and confidence of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Should have a stable career
- Preferably have worked in Infrastructure firms who are into heavy constructions - roads, pipelines, buildings, etc.
