Role & responsibilities
Develop, Analyze and review brand performance by sub -brand, product and channel-wise.
Develop Dashboard to monitor and guide business by providing timely accurate information required.
Implement and Analyze data to create daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
4.Data management, data enrichment, data standardization, data cleaning.
Analysis of target vs achievement of shop Front Associates.
Analysis of raw data to identify new performance metrics.
Analysis of growth and de-growth parameters to judge individual performance.
Constant monitoring of QSR and AMBO report SKU wise and SFA ( Shop Floor Associate)wise.
Track sales team performance and calculate their Incentive.
Flash MTD & sale report daily.
Maintain manpower data and manage them.
Update display ranging and make report on it.
Manage and track payroll through HRMS system.
Make attendance report everyday.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification/s : Any Graduate
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Skill:
Excellent communication,
Presentation and interpersonal skills,
Should be well conversant with MS Office
Experience of handling
Marketing activities
