**Job Title: Customer Service Care Representative**

**Location**: Ghazipur Delhi

**Salary Range**: INR 16,000 - 20,000 per month

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.

2. Act as the first point of contact for customers, actively listening to their concerns, and demonstrating empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.

3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and order status.

4. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues or navigating through the company's website or mobile app.

5. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.

6. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.

7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company's CRM system.

9. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing best practices, providing support to colleagues, and actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [insert relevant languages].

4. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

8. Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling challenging customer interactions.

9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

10. Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
