Capri has 45+ years of rich experience in manufacturing of voltage stabilizers. We have 4 manufacturing units & 10 branch offices along with service centres across the country. We are OEMs to multinational companies from the past 30 years and are the best quality manufacturers of voltage stabilizers. Our quality is by far the most superior than any other brand available in the market. We manufacture more than 60 models of voltage stabilizers for air conditioners, TV, refrigerator, deep freezer, DJ Systems, mainline loads, etc.

**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries and complaints. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively noting their issues and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Help in managing 3rd party service providers and ensure all the documents are updated.
- Help the service centre executive with the supply of parts and receipts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
